August Presidency Message
Dear Sisters,
This month we are focusing on the Christlike attribute of "Humility." To be humble is to recognize gratefully our dependence on the Lord--to understand that we have constant need for His support. Humility is an acknowledgment that our talents and abilities are gifts from God. It is not a sign of weakness, timidity, or fear; it is an indication that we know where our true strength lies. We can be both humble and fearless. We can be both humble and courageous. In D&C 112:10 it says, "Be thou humble; and the Lord thy God shall lead thee by the hand, and give thee answer to thy prayers." May we ever be humble and worthy of our Heavenly Father's choicest blessings.
Love,
Dantzel, Gaylene, Cindy and Tracey

Presidency Message
In the Morgan 5th Ward Relief Society this year our first lesson of the month focuses on the attributes of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the month of July the attribute is diligence. What is diligence? The dictionary defines it as “constant and earnest effort to accomplish what is undertaken.” It is impossible to view diligence without seeing work. The two go hand in hand. If we are striving to follow the Savior, we are putting forth steady, consistent, earnest, and energetic effort to do His work.
In reflecting upon the freedoms that we are blessed to enjoy in this country, the month of July gives us a special opportunity to ponder and express gratitude for the men and women who labor with diligence to preserve those freedoms that we celebrate as we gather with our families to attend parades and celebrations. May we take the time to sincerely thank our Father in Heaven and thank those who serve and sacrifice for their understanding of diligence and their willingness to exercise it daily in our behalf.
Love,

Happy Mother's Day!
Wishing all you Mothers, and our own Mothers a very Happy Mother's Day! There is nothing more rewarding, and challenging at the same time then being a mother. :) I thought Jeffrey R. Holland of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles said it beautifully... if you have a moment read his talk "Because she is a Mother." Love his words. Shopping, wrapping, baking, parties... sometimes the list seems to never end! One of those things often found on our “Christmas To-Do List” is serving those around us, and creating fun little gifts to give to our friends and neighbors. Well here's a bundle of ideas that hopefully will make crossing that particular item off your list a little easier this year...

We Love You Natalie!
A Dear friend died October 16th, 2011
in a blink of an eye.
A friend is someone we treasure,
for our friendship is a gift.
A friend is someone who fills our lives,
with beauty, joy and grace.
And make the world we live in,
a better and happier place.
You are an inspiration and were truly an amazing person who made such an impact on those around you. Thank you for all you have taught us. We are better people for touching shoulders with you. We didn't ever imagine a day without you. Our hearts are torn apart. God gave us such a wonderful gift and how blessed are we to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
A farewell is necessary before we can meet again...
...and meeting again is certain for those who are friends.
This simply says we'll miss you until we meet again.
LOVE YOU NATALIE!!!
